Russia targets Kherson region: woman dies

This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Around 09:00 on November 9, the Russian army targeted the Bilozerka community, causing fatal injuries to a 50-year-old woman who was outside at the time.

Following this incident, the Oleshky district prosecutor's office initiated a pre-trial investigation into the violation of war laws and customs, coupled with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), under procedural guidance.

• The day before, on November 8, Russian terrorists attacked Kherson from the temporarily occupied left bank of the region, resulting in injuries to a man.
