Russians state about "shelling" of village in Belgorod region, part of the settlement is without electricity
Governor of Belgorod region of Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Gladkov, stated that Staryi Khutor village was "shelled" as a result of which power line was damaged, and part of the settlement was cut off

According to him, Stariy Khutor village of Valuykicity district was "shelled", power line was damaged by projectile fragments, and part of the village was cut off. Emergency services are at the crime scene, no one from the local population was injured.

On November 27, in Shebekino, Belgorod Region, power lines were damaged, as a result of "shelling", part of the city was left without water and power supply.
