Russians shell 38 sites, killing 2 people and injuring 10 more in Donetsk region

On August 13, invading Russian forces fired at 31 buildings, a thermal power plant, a wheat field, and cars, killing two people and injuring 10 more in the Donetsk region

This was announced by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Pavlo Kyrylenko.

"Russia is killing civilians! Currently, it is impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha. Every Russian will be responsible for the crimes on our land", Kyrylenko added.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs stated that the police recorded 22 war crimes committed by the Russian Federation during the day.

The cities of Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Mykolaivka, Kostyantynivka, Vuhledar, Krasnohorivka, Raihorodok, Velyka Novosilka, New York, as well as the villages of Andriivka, Halytsynivka, Karlivka, Pervomaisk, and Heorhiivka came under Russian fire.

The Russian occupiers fired from S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems, artillery, as well as Grad and Uragan multiple rocket systems.

"38 objects were destroyed and damaged - 31 residential buildings, a thermal power plant, a filter station, a hangar, a field with wheat, and civilian cars", the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized.

The police and Ukraine's Security Service initiated criminal proceedings under Art. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
