Most residents in the occupied area avoid working with the occupiers. As a result, they bring in “tourists” from Russia to set up a propaganda system.
To address this issue, Russians are attempting to train "journalists" from the ground up.
In pursuit of this goal, occupiers launched a "bloggers' school" funded by the Kremlin on the temporarily occupied territories. They aim to identify collaborators among the students willing to produce propaganda content in exchange for recognition.
