Russians couldn't enter Novotoshkivske, that's why they kill civilians in the region, because they can't break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Sergiy Gaidai in Telegram.

"The Russians were unable to enter Novotoshkivske, but they shelled a hospital in Severodonetsk and houses in Lysychansk. The invader is unsuccessfully trying to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, so they are killing civilians and destroying houses with long-range weapons", Gaidai wrote.

So far, it has not been possible to establish the number of damaged multi-storey buildings in Severodonetsk yesterday: destruction is recorded even in those neighborhoods where there were no fires.  At night, firefighters coped with it after a fire on the roof of a hospital in Severodonetsk.

Houses and outbuildings were also destroyed in Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Novodruzhesk and Toshkivka.

"The invader does not succeed in offensive plans, as yesterday near Novotoshkivske, so it hits the civilian population again", Gaidai notes.

A total of 9 invader attacks were repulsed on the front line: 6 tanks, 5 armored and 6 auto vehicles, 4 artillery systems were destroyed.
