This was stated by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional administration Valentyn Reznichenko.
"This night was disturbing and difficult. The enemy attacked our area from the air and hit oil depot and one of the plants," he said.
Oil depot and fuel were destroyed, and rescuers caused large fire at the plant for more than 8 hours as fuel caught fire. No one was injured.
