On the morning of October 11, 2 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones attacked Ladyzhynska TPP in Vinnytsia region.

"Russians attacked the Ladyzhynsk TPP. 2 Shahed-136 kamikaze drones. All services are working" - he wrote.
He urged local residents to observe safety measures during the air raid alert.
