Russians actively shell Kharkiv region, there are dead and wounded
Russians shelled Kharkiv and three districts in the region over the last 24 hours.

On September 12, Kharkiv, Chuguyiv and Kupyansk districts of the Kharkiv region came under fire.
Also, around 03:00 a.m. on September 13, there were strikes in the city of Lozova. Russians hit an educational institution, which caused a fire. Information about the victims is being clarified.
According to the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, one person died in Kharkiv in the last 24 hours, and six others were injured. One person was injured in the Izyum district. In the Kharkiv district, there are two wounded, one of whom was blown up by a mine in Rusky Tyshky. Two civilians died in the Kupyansk district.
