A munition from a Russian bomber fell and exploded in the Russian city of Belgorod near the Ukrainian border, causing a large crater, damaging a house and power lines.
This was reported by the Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov.

A huge crater with a radius of 20 meters was formed at the intersection of one of the central streets. Glass was damaged in a neighboring residential building, the blast wave damaged several parked cars and knocked down power lines," the post reads.
Gladkov later reported that, according to preliminary data, there were two victims: a woman with a traumatic brain injury of moderate severity was taken to the city hospital. The second woman refused to be hospitalized.
According to Ateo, the preliminary version of the explosion was a guided aerial bomb that the Russian forces launched at Kharkiv, but it did not reach Ukraine.
Shortly afterward, a video of the explosion, taken from security cameras, was posted online.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the incident was caused by an unexpected munition falling from a Russian Air Force plane:
