At 6:47 p.m., the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that rescue operations in the capital had been completed.
There are 10 confirmed people with injuries, including a 16-year-old girl. Two of the injured were hospitalized. 25 people received psychological assistance.
More than 580 cubic meters of building structures were removed. 86 rescuers and 16 pieces of equipment were working at the site of the attack.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the morning attack on Kyiv. In particular, he thanked the rescuers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the police, utilities and all the services involved in eliminating its consequences.
"Russian terrorists attacked the capital with ballistic missiles. Unfortunately, there is damage to buildings in ordinary urban areas. At the moment we know about five victims. The rubble is being cleared. We keep repeating that Ukraine needs more air defense systems. It means safety for our cities and saved human lives. All of us in the world who respect and protect life need to stop this terror," Zelenskyy said.
According to the State Emergency Service, as of 2:10 p.m., the number of victims in the Pecherskyi district of the capital has increased to 9 people, two of whom were hospitalized.
"An enemy missile destroyed part of the building of the Boychuk Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design," the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy reported.
"During the morning attack on Kyiv, fragments of a missile fired by Russia damaged the central part of the building of the Kyiv State Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design named after Mykhailo Boychuk. In particular, the gym, congress hall, and exhibition center were completely destroyed. The premises of the departments and auditoriums of the institution were also significantly damaged," the statement said.
"These are the gym, assembly hall and congress hall. Thank God, there were no scheduled classes in this building today. The injured are in the educational building, in the 40th workshop, they suffered from the blast wave. These are our employees, including the head of the laboratory. Fortunately, the injuries are not severe," Olena Osadcha, rector of the Mykhailo Boychuk Kyiv State Academy of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design, told Espreso correspondent Dmytro Didora.
At least 4 people were injured in the Pecherskyi district. Pavlo Petrov, a spokesman for the State Emergency Service in Kyiv, reported the information on Espreso.
"Rescuers are currently working in the Pecherskyi district of the capital. A three-story building was hit. Currently, rescuers are conducting emergency rescue operations and dismantling the rubble. There are 4 known victims. According to preliminary information, two of them are being treated. The State Emergency Service is currently engaged in 8 vehicles and almost 50 rescuers. The National Police and the Red Cross are also working at the scene," he said.
Meanwhile, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported five victims on his Telegram channel at 11:43 a.m.
"There are already five injured in the Pecherskyi district. Three of them were treated on the spot. Two were hospitalized," he wrote.
At 11:23 a.m., Klitschko reported four victims. According to him, two women were treated on the spot. Two, including a 16-year-old girl, were hospitalized.
According to Kyiv's State Emergency Service, a three-story gym building in Kyiv's Pecherskyi district was damaged by a Russian missile attack. Rescue operations are underway, and there may be people trapped under the rubble. A Red Cross aid headquarters has been set up in a school building.
Earlier, the Kyiv City Military Administration reported that a multi-storey non-residential building was damaged in the Pecherskyi district. There was no further burning. Emergency services are working at the scene. One person was injured. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that the injured person was treated on the spot.

Earlier, Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that emergency services were called to several other districts.
"Emergency services have been called to Pecherskyi, Solomianskyi and Dniprovskyi districts of the capital. Units are on their way," he wrote.
