The attack on May 8 caused significant damage to hydropower facilities.
"As of today, the entire hydropower generation system has suffered devastating damage. The destroyed equipment requires considerable efforts to repair, restore and significant financial resources," the statement says.
- As a result of a missile attack on Ukraine on the night of May 8, there were hits in the Poltava, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, and Zaporizhzhia regions. A child and two adults were injured.
