
Russian forces target Kherson with artillery and drones, leaving three dead
On Sunday, April 13, Russian forces attacked Kherson with artillery and drones, resulting in the deaths of a 62-year-old woman, a 48-year-old man, and a 68-year-old woman
This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
"Russian artillery attacked the Central district of Kherson. As a result of the attack, a 62-year-old woman received injuries incompatible with life. My condolences to the family and friends of the deceased," he wrote.
Later, Prokudin reported that a 48-year-old man died in the hospital as a result of the Russian strike, in which Russian troops dropped explosives from a drone.
"Medics fought for his life until the last, but the injuries were too severe," said the head of the regional administration.
He also added that a 68-year-old woman was injured as a result of the drone attack.
"She was taken to the hospital in serious condition. But, unfortunately, the victim died from her injuries," Prokudin wrote.
