Russian forces execute 5 Ukrainian POWs near Zelenyi Hai

The Russian forces shot 5 Ukrainian prisoners of war west of Zelenyi Hai, continuing to ignore the norms of international law.

"According to available data, the enemy captured the men in a wooded area, lined them up, and after interrogation, shot them," the report states.

• On November 16, the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office opened proceedings regarding the shooting of Ukrainian prisoners of war by Russian troops in the Huliaipole direction.

• On November 22, the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor's Office began an investigation into the murder of five Ukrainian prisoners of war by Russian soldiers near the village of Kotlyne.
