Russian drone attack kills three in Kharkiv region, hits enterprise in Dnipro

Attack on Kharkiv region
Head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov reported that around 9:30 p.m. Russian troops attacked the village of Khotimlia in the Starosaltiv community with a drone.
As a result of the strike, two 40-year-old men and a 25-year-old woman were killed.
“Also, a 32-year-old man and a 47-year-old man were injured. They were hospitalized and are receiving all necessary medical care,” Syniehubov added.
According to preliminary information, road maintenance workers came under attack.
At 11:00 p.m., the head of the administration reported that the number of injured had increased, as another road maintenance worker had sought medical help.
Attack on Dnipro
Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Lysak reported that at night, Russian forces launched a massive drone attack on the region.
“In Dnipro, the Russians struck an enterprise. Fires broke out there, and rescuers promptly began extinguishing them,” the statement said.
No reports of casualties or injuries were received.
Later, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service released photos showing the aftermath of the Russian attack.


Attack on Chernihiv region
Head of Novhorod-Siverskyi District Military Administration Oleksandr Seliverstov reported that in the morning, Russian troops attacked the community with drones.
A strike on critical infrastructure was recorded.
“Preliminarily, part of the district’s settlements are without power. Information is being clarified. Critical facilities are being switched to an alternative power supply,” the statement said.
