Russian cruise missile hits outskirts of Ukraine's Chernihiv, casualties reported

This was reported by Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration.

At 17:41, Bryzhynsky announced that air defense systems were in action, and about 30 minutes later, it was reported that a cruise missile had exploded on the edge of the city.

By 18:41, two people were reported injured and hospitalized.
