Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported this.
"At about 1:00 p.m., the invaders attacked the city of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district. A 65-year-old civilian man died as a result of the shelling," he wrote.
Law enforcement officers are working on the spot and recording the Russian crimes.
At the same time, the type of weapons used by the Russian Federation is not specified.
- On the night of March 22, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with 151 air strikes. Ukrainian air defense destroyed 92 enemy targets. In Kharkiv, the invaders struck more than 15 energy facilities. The city was almost completely left without electricity.
- As of March 24, all transformer substations and CHP plants in Kharkiv were destroyed.
