Russia targets Sumy Regional Administration building for second time in two days

Oleh Hryhorov, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, reported the information.

"One of the drones hit the city center—on Independence Square. The building of the Sumy Regional State Administration was damaged. This is a targeted attack on a civilian object. And, unfortunately, not the first one," he said.

According to the head of the administration, preliminary reports indicate there were no casualties or injuries. Emergency services are working at the scene, and the area is being inspected.

"Russia continues to terrorize peaceful cities. But Sumy stands strong. We are working and fighting despite everything," Hryhorov emphasized.
