Russia strikes Ukraine’s Izium with missile just 30 minutes before Putin’s announced Easter ceasefire
On Saturday, April 19, the Russian army launched a missile strike on Izium in the Kharkiv region. The attack took place half an hour before the Easter ceasefire announced by Russian dictator Putin

The head of the city's military administration, Valerii Marchenko, stated that around 5:30 p.m., the Izium community was hit by a missile strike from Russia. One hit was recorded in the city.
There have been no reports of damage or casualties so far.
By 6:00 p.m., air raid alerts were sounding in the Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. The all-clear was announced in the Kyiv region at 6:01 p.m.. The air raid alert ended latest in the Dnipropetrovsk region, at 6:03 p.m.
