Russian troops attack Dnipropetrovsk region, injuring three children

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak. 

Russian forces attacked Marhanets with a kamikaze drone. Two 14-year-old boys and one 13-year-old were injured by shrapnel and are currently in moderate condition at the hospital.

In addition, Russian troops damaged private houses.

• On July 23, the Russian army attacked critical infrastructure facilities of the Shostka community in the Sumy region. Preliminary, there were no casualties.
