Russia drops 1.5 ton bomb on five-story building in Donetsk region

The Russian army dropped a one-and-a-half-ton guided bomb on a five-story residential building in Krasnohorivka, Donetsk region.

Ukraine's Interior Ministry press service reported that three civilians were injured as a result of the strike.

"Russian troops dropped a KAB-1500 on a five-story residential building in Krasnohorivka. In the first hours after the attack, the White Angel evacuation crew was working at the site. The police evacuated three victims and two women who asked to be taken out of the hell," the department said. 

The Ministry of Internal Affairs also informed that the policemen almost came under enemy fire on the way out of the city.

"A few minutes saved their lives," the ministry said.
