Lithuanian Foreign Minister on Russia's attack on Odesa: there must be consequences, not continued impunity

Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis called for Russia to be held accountable after the Russian attack on a residential building in Odesa, where 12 people, 5 of them children, were killed on March 2

He made the statement on X (Twitter).

According to Landsbergis, Russians are deliberately killing Ukrainian children in their sleep.

He added that by doing so, Moscow is clearly disrespecting any peace agreements, both past and future.

"This is an absolutely outrageous murder. There must be serious and immediate consequences, not continued impunity," the Lithuanian Foreign Minister said.

• On the night of March 2, Russia attacked Odesa with Shaheds drones. A drone hit a residential building, killing 12 people, including 5 children aged 4 months to 10 years.
• A family was killed in the Russian attack - the bodies of a married couple and their three children were found under the rubble. The youngest girl was 7 months old.
