Ukrainian Parliamentary Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets announced this.
It is noted that this mechanism will allow to launch an investigation into Russia's gross violations of international humanitarian law. The mission should establish facts and investigate accompanying crimes, such as torture or inhuman treatment.
"During each meeting with OSCE representatives, we raised this issue, and we emphasized that this is a large-scale war crime of the Russian Federation against civilian Ukrainians, which should be severely punished," Lubinets said.
