Power outages in Poltava region
The head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Kohut, reported on the morning of March 17 that emergency power outages were implemented in the Kremenchuk district due to falling UAV debris. Currently, 1,035 households and 41 businesses are without electricity.
“Fortunately, there were no casualties. As a result of the UAV debris falling, emergency power outages were introduced in the Kremenchuk district. 1,035 households and 41 businesses remain without power. Electricians are already working to restore power to people. The situation is under control,” he wrote.
Attack on Odesa region
The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported that as a result of the Russian attack, a preschool educational institution, a private residential house, a store, and a car were damaged.
In addition, one person was injured in the Russian attack.
Also, due to damage to the energy infrastructure in the suburbs of Odesa, about 500 consumers remain without electricity as of the morning of March 17.
Aftermath in Kyiv region
The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that in the Bila Tserkva district, a Russian drone strike damaged the windows of an apartment and one section of a five-story residential building.
In addition, rescuers extinguished a grass fire covering an area of 0.5 hectares.
