"In the Donetsk region, the enemy is using the frozen ground and trying to attack our positions, because equipment better runs on solid ground. Using the weather, the enemy is trying to launch offensive operations in the Bakhmut direction. Artillery fire has intensified. Clear weather helps the enemy use aviation and drones," he emphasized Ismahilov.
According to him, the weather helps the enemy to conduct more combat operations.
"Subzero temperatures are always a problem for our soldiers. In the trenches, it is necessary to somehow not freeze. Also, it is difficult for military paramedics to quickly provide medical aid in the cold," Ismahilov added.
