Russian troops shell over 12 Kharkiv region settlements
Russia has shelled the Kharkiv region with artillery, hitting more than 12 settlements
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on December 18.
It is noted that during the previous day, the occupying Russian forces launched artillery strikes on the settlements in the Kharkiv region, which are located not far from the border with Russia. In the Kupiansk direction, the districts of Berestove, Yahidne, Kotliarivka, and Krokhmalne were under Russian fire.
“Unfortunately, in the village of Hrakove, in the Chuhuiv district, a 32-year-old employee of Ukraine's State Emergency Service was blown up by a mine, and he was hospitalized in a serious condition,” the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration said.
He also noted that since September 2022, pyrotechnics have defused almost 47,000 explosive items.
