On December 8, Russian troops have launched 68 shellings at the Kherson region, damaging civilian infrastructure and injuring 8 people with mortars, artillery, tanks and MLRS

Kyrylo Tymoshenko, head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine, shared the information on Telegram.

Over December 8, Russian forces launched 68 strikes on the Kherson region, using a whole range of weapons, including mortars, artillery, tanks and MLRS.

Russian troops targeted residential quarters, apartments, private and other types of buildings.

As a result of the attack, 8 local residents were injured.
