Russian troops shell Kherson civilian infrastructure, injuring civilians

Yuriy Sobolevskyi, the first deputy chairman of the regional council, shared the information on Telegram.

"Russian troops launched an attack on Kherson again, and again on civilian infrastructure. Civilians were injured, they are receiving medical assistance," the message says.
