Russian troops shell critical infrastructure in Kharkiv region with S-300
On the night of December 15, Russian invading forces shelled Kupyansk, Kharkiv region from an S-300 anti-aircraft missile complex. Administration building and critical infrastructure were damaged.

"Russian forces continue intense shelling in Kupyansk direction. They continue to strike positions of Ukrainian troops in Chervona Zorya, Krasne, Staritsa, Dvorichna, and Novomlynsk," Oleh Synyehubov, head of Regional Military Administration wrote.
Around 11:45 p.m., Russian troops shelled Kupyansk with S-300 air defense systems. As a result, a critical infrastructure facility was damaged.
Also, after shelling, two-story administration building burned in Kupyansk district. No one was injured.
