Hanna Maliar wrote about this on Telegram.

The deputy defense minister claimed that the Russians will continue to suffer heavy losses, and medical facilities in the temporarily occupied territories are overcrowded. Therefore, data on the number of wounded Russian soldiers are quickly spreading among the personnel.

“In particular, a volunteer Cossack battalion attached to the 155th Detached Marine Brigade of the Russian Pacific Fleet refuses to participate in the offensive and follow orders from incompetent commanders. This trend is also observed in other enemy units,” she noted.

Because of this, according to Hanna Maliar, the enemy command intensified coercive and punitive measures in an attempt to improve discipline.

  • According to the morning report of the General Staff, Russia is using Nova Kakhovka residents as human shields and is losing control over the 'Cossack battalions' at the front, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces have repelled over 130 enemy attacks.
