This was announced by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram.
"Russia is killing civilians! On August 14, the Russians killed 3 civilians of Donetsk region: in Bakhmut, Soledar and Maryinka. Another 13 people were injured," he noted.
However, it is currently impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
