Russian troops keep preparing for emergency evacuation in case of Ukrainian counteroffensive in Kherson region

The situation is similar in the temporarily occupied Kherson region. Most collaborators from the settlements on the Arabat Spit have already left the region.

In Crimea, the Russian authorities have begun the process of stockpiling water and food due to the possibility of blocking the peninsula and the southern part of Kherson region.

At the same time, the occupiers are preparing a preliminary plan for the evacuation of Rosatom employees at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Enerhodar.
