This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense on Twitter.
Over the past three days, Russian forces have conducted a tactical offensive in the direction of the city of Bakhmut, Donetsk region. Parts of the 2nd Army Corps and pro-Russian forces of the Luhansk region probably entered the settlements of Opytne and Ivangorod south of the city.
"There have been few, if any, other settlements seized by regular Russian or separatist forces since early July" the report said.
