Russian troops damage 80-90% of civil houses in Severodonetsk
In Severodonetsk, Russian troops destroyed 60% of residential buildings, and damaged 80-90%, Oleksandr Striuk, the head of the city's military and civil administration, told Espreso TV.

“Regarding the level of destruction and the city’s state, almost 80%, or even 90%, of residential buildings are damaged. And about 60% of the buildings are completely destroyed,” he said.
Russian troops also caused damage or destruction of 60-70% of the electricity supply infrastructure of the city. Water supply infrastructure is destroyed by 50%. In some key points the sewage system was damaged. Wastewater treatment facilities have been severely damaged and are not in operation; their restoration will take a significant amount of time.
