Russian troops advance in 3 directions and build fortifications on Dnipro’s left bank

On November 14, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shared the report on Facebook.

"The enemy is trying to hold the temporarily captured territories, is concentrating its efforts on deterring the Defense Forces in certain directions, continues to equip defensive lines on the left bank of the Dnipro River. At the same time, they are conducting offensive actions in the Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka directions," the report says.

Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine have repelled Russian attacks near the settlements of Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka and Bilohorivka in the Luhansk region and Bilohorivka, Kurdiumivka, Vodiane and Maryinka in the Donetsk region.

Russian troops continue shelling populated areas and the positions of Ukrainian units along the contact line, conduct aerial reconnaissance. They strike critical infrastructure and civilian homes in violation of International Humanitarian Law, the laws and customs of war.

Kharkiv city and settlements of the Kharkiv region suffered from Russian attacks.

In total, over the past day, Russian troops launched 4 missile and 13 air strikes, and about 60 MLRS attacks.

The situation in the Volyn and Polissia directions has not changed significantly.

The enemy shelled in other directions:

in the Siversk direction - from artillery of various types, near settlements Mykolaivka, Zaliznyi Mist, Leonivka in the Chernihiv region, as well as Vovkivka, Zarutske, Sosnivka, Khodyne, Fotovizh, Ulanove, Svarkovo, Volfyne, Pavlivka and Kindrativka in the Sumy region;

in the Slobozhansk direction - from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery, near the settlements of Vidrodzhenivske, Udy, Strelecha, Ohirtseve, Anyskyne, Ambarne, Kolodiazne and Kamianka of the Kharkiv region;

in the Kupyansk and Lyman directions - from tanks and the entire spectrum of artillery, near Kyslivka, Tabaivka, Krokhmalne, Berestove, Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Makiivka and Nevske;

in the Bakhmut direction - from tanks, mortars, barrel and jet artillery, near Bilohorivka, Hryhorivka, Verkhnyokamianske, Spirne, Rozdolivka, Yakovlivka, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut and Klishchiivka;

in the Avdiivka direction - from tanks and various caliber artillery, near Pervomaiskyi, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka and Novomykhailivka;

in the Novopavlivka direction - from tanks and the entire spectrum of artillery, near the settlements of Vuhledar, Pavlivka, Novoukrainka, Prechystivka, Velyka Novosilka and Vremivka;

in the Zaporizhzhia direction - from tanks and artillery, near the settlements of Novopil, Temyrivka, Olhivske and Zaliznychne.

In the Tavria direction, populated areas near the contact line were struck from mortars, barrel and rocket artillery. The enemy fired artillery at Vyshchetarasivka, Dobra Nadiya, and Illinka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
