The continuing liberation of Ukrainian territories by the country's armed forces is pushing Russian forces, their henchmen and hangers-on, further into a cycle of withdrawal and retreat. Latest reports indicate they are being bussed from Svatove to Novopskov, Luhansk region. And in the Kherson region, members of private security companies plan to evacuate back to Russian-occupied Crimea.
