This is stated on the website of the National Resistance Center.
Experts noted that Russian propagandists have disseminated a video "from the frontline in Donbas": allegedly showing that Russian Marker military robots have arrived there.
"However, the published footage shows not a hangar somewhere in the Donbas, but a garage in Taganrog, near the building of the Southern Federal University, the Department of Mechanics and the Innovation Promotion Fund," the National Resistance Center stated.
