Russian soldiers massively refuse to follow command orders in Donetsk region, Ukraine’s Armed Forces repel 57 Russian attacks, General Staff report
The General Staff reports that Russians massively refuse to comply with the command orders — on March 23, 70 Russian soldiers were disarmed and sent to Makiivka for failing to fulfill a combat mission

A similar incident occurred on March 25, when the personnel of the enemy's reconnaissance unit operating in the Avdiivka direction refused to carry out the order.
Also, the enemy continues to use the medical facilities of the temporarily occupied territories for their own purposes.
"The local hospital of Bilovodsk, Luhansk region, was converted into a military hospital with 200 beds. Currently, the medical facility is treating occupiers with minor injuries, while all civilians have been discharged," the General Staff reports.

On the Northern and Northeastern border, the situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the offensive group formations have been detected. Russian troops continue training in Belarus, as well as maintaining a military presence in the border areas of the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
During the past day, the enemy shelled the areas of 3 settlements of the Sumy region, as well as the areas of 12 settlements in the Kharkiv region.

In the Avdiivka, Marinka and Shakhtarsk directions, Russians carried out offensive actions in five settlements, with no success. They shelled more than 17 localities in the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, Russians are defending. They shelled 8 settlements of the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, including the city of Kherson.
