Russian soldiers massively refuse to follow command orders in Donetsk region, Ukraine’s Armed Forces repel 57 Russian attacks, General Staff report

It is noted that these were the soldiers from the Nevsky units and Veterans volunteer formations.

A similar incident occurred on March 25, when the personnel of the enemy's reconnaissance unit operating in the Avdiivka direction refused to carry out the order.

Also, the enemy continues to use the medical facilities of the temporarily occupied territories for their own purposes.

"The local hospital of Bilovodsk, Luhansk region, was converted into a military hospital with 200 beds. Currently, the medical facility is treating occupiers with minor injuries, while all civilians have been discharged," the General Staff reports.

The Armed Forces shoot down Russian Orlan-10 and ZALA drones 

Over the past day, Ukrainian aviation has carried out 5 strikes on Russian military personnel and equipment positions. 

Our defenders shot down Russian Orlan-10 and ZALA UAVs.

Units of missile troops and artillery hit the command post, 6 personnel, weapons and military equipment positions, an anti-aircraft missile complex, as well as an ammunition depot.

Russia launches 18 air strikes and 3 missile strikes on Ukraine

Russians also launched 50 MLRS attacks. 

It is reported that on March 28, as a result of a rocket attack on the infrastructure of Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv region, civilians were injured and private houses were damaged.

The enemy is concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive actions in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Marinka areas.  Bilohorivka, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Marinka and their surroundings remain at the epicenter of hostilities. During the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled 57 enemy attacks in these directions.

On the Northern and Northeastern border, the situation has not changed significantly, and no signs of the offensive group formations have been detected. Russian troops continue training in Belarus, as well as maintaining a military presence in the border areas of the Kursk and Belgorod regions.

During the past day, the enemy shelled the areas of 3 settlements of the Sumy region, as well as the areas of 12 settlements in the Kharkiv region.

In other areas, the situation is as follows:

In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, Russians conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in six areas. They carried out artillery shelling in more than 16 areas of the Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions.

In the Bakhmut direction, the enemy continued its assault on the city of Bakhmut.  However, our defenders courageously hold the city, repelling numerous attacks. During the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in five areas of the Donetsk region. They shelled more than 13 settlements. 

In the Avdiivka, Marinka and Shakhtarsk directions, Russians carried out offensive actions in five settlements, with no success. They shelled more than 17 localities in the Donetsk region. 

In the Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, Russians are defending. They shelled 8 settlements of the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, including the city of Kherson. 

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine’s Armed Forces have destroyed more than 172,000 Russian soldiers — General Staff.
