On the morning of October 23, invading Russian forces again shelled the Nikopol area, Dnipropetrovsk region

This was announced by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Valentyn Reznichenko.

“Nikopol was shelled. Previously, five people were injured. Two of them were traveling in a car when a Russian shell exploded next to the car... Houses, a kindergarten, and several private enterprises were mutilated in the city,” he said.

At night, Ukraine's Armed Forces shot down the Shahed-136 kamikaze drone in the Nikopol area.
