This was announced by the head of the Sumy regional military administration Dmytro Zhyvytsky.
"Bilopillya community: shelling began at noon on the outskirts of one of the community's villages, the Russians opened fire three times with artillery and mortars. In more than two hours of shelling, at least 24 shells arrived. Consequences of the enemy shelling: two civilian cars were destroyed, the territory of the farm was damaged, and the field caught fire. About 25 hectares of wheat were destroyed by Russian fire," the report said.
According to the head of the region, during the day the Russians also shelled the Serydyno-Buda community with mortars and artillery.
"We were on the territory of the Desnyansk-Starogutsky National Nature Park. The nature of our region and the premises of the research department were affected," he said.
Also, almost 30 explosions were recorded on the territory of the Krasnopillya community.
"Krasnopillya community: at half past three, the Russians opened fire with artillery. In total, there were three shellings within an hour on different parts of the community's territory. In total, almost 30 airstrikes on the outskirts of three villages," said the regional head.
According to the information of the military administration, there were no injured people.
