According to the State Emergency Service, as of 12:00, as a result of the Russian bombing of the center of Vinnytsia, 23 people were killed (including 3 children, 1 person died in the hospital).
In addition, 80 people (three of them children) were hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
Another 197 people were delivered to medical institutions with injuries, of which 117 people were sent for outpatient treatment.
According to the National Police, the search for 11 missing people continues.
As the press service of the State Emergency Service reported earlier, 117 people sought medical help after the shelling; 66 victims, including three children, were hospitalized. 34 people are in serious condition, 5 victims are in critical condition.
There is no contact with 39 people, search and rescue operations are ongoing.
Late in the evening, the head of Vinnytsia regional military administration Serhiy Borzov clarified:
"As of 21:00, 117 people have applied to health care facilities. Of them, 71 have been hospitalized, 23 have died (3 children). 29 people are still missing."
On the air of the telethon, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Yevgeny Yenin informed about the unprecedented measures used by the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:
"In Vinnytsia, an unprecedented number of both police and rescuers have been involved in emergency and rescue operations. This is more than 1,000 people, and this is more than 200 pieces of equipment. We are working here in an unprecedentedly operational way, and I am convinced that tomorrow by the end of the day we will complete the analysis of the bulk of the rubble," Yenin informed.
