Russian propagandist Klokov is killed as a result of attack on the crossing in Kherson
As a result of attack on Russian crossing in the temporarily occupied Kherson, Oleg Klokov, Russian propagandist and employee of the special service of Russian Federation was killed.
The Strategic Committee of Ukrainian Armed Forces reports that Klokov is a staff member of Russian special services.
"Klokov studied at Kharkiv Aviation School - he did not graduate, he transferred to Russian Federation, then to the Military University in Moscow, where he studied Polish and Arabic," the report says.
He went through the first and second Chechen wars in a special unit, probably in intelligence, but he claimed to be a signalman. After - worked on TV.
"Precisely as an employee of Channel One (Pervy Kanal) in 2004, during the Orange Revolution, Klokov worked in Kyiv - as a producer (actually responsible for the accommodation and financing of 13 film crews of Russian TV channel. "What was he doing on the crossing at night with the military? - Klokov's example shows that Russian special services control media sphere both in peacetime and in wartime - most of the military personnel are employees of the special services," the agency added.
Anatoliy Shtefan (Stirlitz), Ukrainian Armed Forces officer, writes on Telegram that as a result of a night attack on Russian crossing in Kherson, Oleg Klokov, Russian propagandist, was killed. He worked on the channels Moscow 24, Russia Today, Pervy Kanal, as well as in the government of Moscow. And in October, Klokov came to launch a "TV channel" in Kherson.
"In Kherson, he shot propagandistic staged stories for Russia, which he will now shoot with Kobzon (russian singer who died in 2018 - ed.)" Shtefan wrote.
Also, the "Kherson: War Without Fakes" Telegram channel reports that several Russian propagandists who came to work on Russian TV channel were "denazified".
"Several journalists from Tavria (propaganda TV channel of Russian occupying forces on the territory of temporarily occupied Kherson, - ed.) who were enemy's employees in the city of Kherson were killed," the message reads.
Collaborator Kyrylo Stremousov said that the journalists were killed by Americans.
"Americans purposefully hit Antoniv Bridge when journalists were there. Among the dead was the director of TRC Tavria Oleg Klokov," Stremousov writes.
He also wrote that Russian cameraman Ruslan Voskresenskyi, correspondent Kostyantyn Mochar and journalist Vlada Lugovskaya were seriously wounded.
