This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
It is reported that the fake publications refer to the evacuation of all staff and patients of the city hospital No. 2 in Dnipro city.
According to the Russians’ legend, boxes of explosives were later brought into this medical institution en masse.
"Such provocations sound especially sharp after a Russian missile hit a high-rise building in Dnipro," the press service emphasized.
It is through the publication of fake statements about possible explosions that the Russian invaders are preparing a so-called information alibi for themselves to hide future crimes in Ukraine and to exacerbate the panic among the population.
