Russian officers shoot Russian soldiers army to force them to attack, - Secret Service of Ukraine 

The records appear to indicate that a Russian army commander, stationed near Izyum, is complaining about low morale among his soldiers. 

There were 10-15 people left in their companies. Replenishments that come to his regiment are not a good fit because they lack motivation, and the shootings do not help.

"Everyone is tired of everything, and everyone wants to go home," he said.
