Russian occupiers steal everything they can in Kherson region - head of regional council

Oleksandr Samoilenko, the chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, stated this on Espreso TV.

"For the last two weeks, the Russian forces have been stealing everything - monuments, relics. They are stealing property that no one needs anymore. The power plants that are being dismantled are located close to the regional center. They are really of material importance," he said.

According to the head of the regional council, on Friday the occupiers removed almost all broadcasting equipment from the Kherson TV tower.

"They can live without food, but they can't do without a TV. I'm afraid that having left the city, they can prevent us from being in the regional center. I mean shelling," concluded Samoilenko.
