The high-rise building was located in the Cheremushky neighborhood. According to Andriushchenko, only 70 bodies were taken out of the basement, the rest went "into construction garbage."
"There were 200 bodies of dead Mariupol residents in the basement. Only about 70 bodies were taken out of the basement. Only those that were intact. All the rest went into construction waste. This house (as well as the neighboring ones) no longer exists. However, there are witnesses. Evil must be punished. Those who dismantle houses must bear the same responsibility as the murderous occupiers," the statement reads.
