Russian night attack: Ukrainian air defense destroys 41 out of 48 UAVs

The Air Force reports.

"On the night of December 6, 2023, the invading Russian army attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones from two directions - Cape Chauda (Crimea) and Kursk region - Russia," the statement reads.

As a result of the anti-aircraft battle, the Air Force, in cooperation with air defense forces, destroyed 41 enemy attack UAVs. Ukrainian fighter aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled the Russian attack.

• Over the past day, Ukrainian troops repelled Russian attacks at the Bakhmut, Kupyansk, Lyman, Avdiivka, Zaporizhzhia, Shakhtarsk and Marinka directions.
