The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, reported the update.
According to him, search and rescue operations in Dnipro have been completed. Nine people, including two children, are known to have been injured in the Russian missile attack.
"In addition to the attacked administrative building and a multi-storey building, we have more damage. These are 4 residential buildings around. One is a high-rise, the rest are two-story buildings. Three administrative buildings and 7 cars were also damaged," said the official.
Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko also reported on the number of injured.
"Five injured people have been confirmed as a result of a Russian strike on a high-rise building in Dnipro," he said in a statement.
The victims are four men in the age range of 18 to 53 years and a 77-year-old woman. All were provided with medical care without hospitalization.

Earlier, MP Oleksandr Bakumov reported about the attack: "The terrorist state launched a missile attack on a residential high-rise building."
All emergency services have started rescuing people and eliminating the consequences.
"This is a war crime, a blatant violation of the laws and customs of war. The perpetrators and customers are war criminals. And they will be punished," he added.
Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak reacted to the Russian missile attack: "Russian terrorists", he wrote on Telegram.
