Russian missile carriers' presence in Black Sea accelerates moment of new missile attack
South Operational Command reported that the Russian naval group in the Black Sea has significantly increased
Natalia Humeniuk, head of the press center of the Security and Defense Forces of the South OC said this live on Espreso TV channel.
"Now there are 17 units of Russian naval group in the Black Sea, including 6 missile carriers and 1 submarine. This may indicate that they are equipped with 44 "Kalibr" missiles, but given that after the massive attack on January 14, they did not return to the base, part of the missiles they have used, and currently their capacity is estimated at more than 30 missiles. The threat remains. Presence of Russian missile carriers in the Black Sea on combat duty and being equipped with missiles accelerates launch of these missiles. We need to be very careful about air raid alerts," Humeniuk stressed.
