“During the missile attack, Russian terrorists damaged the pumping station located in the Kherson region. That is why we are forced to supply technical water to the city from the Buh estuary for an indefinite period of time,” he wrote.

According to him, the Russian forces, having no success on the battlefield, terrorize the civilian population.

“We continue to repair the network, which is being destroyed by salt water. As soon as the security situation allows, we will quickly restore the pumping station and return drinking water to Mykolaiv,” he promised.

As the deputy of the Mykolaiv Regional Council Viktoria Moskalenko added on the Espreso TV broadcast that this was one of the pumping stations in the Kherson region.

“As far as we understand, it is almost near Kherson. At the time of the occupation of Kherson, it was not damaged. People were already waiting for the water supply to be restored in the de-occupied village of Kyselivka. We thought that it would be enough to repair the water supply. It was repaired. I think the details will be in several days. People say that they will tolerate the fact that there will only be salt water, but they would like to have fresh water. Residents want to at least stock up in their homes, collect in containers, in bathtubs.  To have her technically close by. There is not even anything to prepare today. In some areas of the city, as of now, there is no technical water either,” she said.
