“Of the 70 missiles that were fired at Ukraine, 5 missiles were fired at the territory of the Lviv region. 2 of them hit critical infrastructure, and the rest were shot down by the Air Defense Forces,” Kozytskyi said.
According to him, two missiles hit one electrical substation, which was completely destroyed. Prior to that, it had already been damaged during previous mass missile attacks by the occupying Russian forces.
In addition, the head of the Regional Military Administration said that as a result of a massive attack on the territory of Lviv region, only about 30% of the population in the region can have electricity at the same time.
Currently, critical infrastructure facilities are working, and they are equipped with electric generators. There is also heat and water.
On November 23, Russian forces launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine, hitting residential buildings and energy infrastructure in Kyiv, the Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Kirovohrad, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Donetsk regions.
